My suggestion for sequal:

It needs background changes.
2 blocks that are not the same shap should not be the same color.
When you clear a line,make an animation that kind of wipes the lines away.
A botton to hold a block.Remember only hold one at a time.
A password save option,
A "story mode".
A versus mode(2-player and AI oppenent of choice skill level)
And varios bonuses,such as:
Square:make a perfect 4x4 square.
Cascade:a tetris combo,clear a row while a block from the row above it drops and clears another line.
Ultimate clear:get the tetris playing field blank.

Glitches:
I can stand on the shadows of platforms.
Eggmans life bar doesnt go all the way down.
If you go back after you beat the boss the word BOSS pops up still.
Sometimes I lose rings when I am not hit.

Suggestions:
He really needs the spin dash.
Dr. Eggman doesnt have an action except go back and forth.
More than 1 enemy.
Waterfalls and backgrounds should move.
You should lose ALL rings when hit and be able to get some back.
Levels should be more elaborate.
More levels should be added.
You should be able to play with more than just sonic if its based off of that game.
Different song on the main title.

Bright side:
The game was somewhat fun.
Graphics were OK for a flash game.
Quality Option.

That made no sence what so ever.
Small mario walks a bridge.
Killed by fire luigi who is killed with fire mario whit a bullet bill
Bowser(currently humping peach at the time) is killed with bullet bill by giant amy rose.
Then knuckles wakes up screaming,seeing some random guy behind him and screams again.
10/10

Maybe you should gather up a few friends and make a SSX version of the game using real tricks and fake ones as the singnature.
I dont know what levels there can be but I can tell you this

down-brak/backflips
left-Left turn/leftward spin
right-right turn/rightward spin

hold space and realease-superjump

All trick buttons together-Signature Trick
Ctrl-Attack nearby player

You should have atleast 3 places,a race mode, and a Showoff mode
Also an online scoreboard
